Spanish Style Ruby Punch
Spanish Gin & Tonics are HOT right now. What makes this drink special is in the garnish, and LOTS of it. This divine drink looks, smells and tastes unbelievably fresh and delicious. For this non-alcoholic recipe, we’ve replaced the gin and tonic with Jinx Ruby Punch. (Ruby Punch is a carbonated hibiscus tea, with pineapple, ginger, mango and lavender.)

Jinx Tea Ruby Punch
Gin
Pineapple Spears
Orange Peel or Orange Slices
Sliced Fresh Ginger
Cinnamon Sticks
Star Anise
Whole Cloves
Fresh Rosemary
Lemongrass
Steps to Make It
Fill large bowled glass with fruit, herbs and other aromatics of your choosing. (There is no wrong way to do this.)
Add a few ice cubes to glass.
Add 6 oz Ruby Punch
Add 2 oz Gin
